The MU News Bureau will use the following information to prepare a news release about your accomplishment and send it to your hometown newspaper. Please be sure to provide all of the information requested. Download a printable version of the form.

*If you would like us to include your picture with your hometown news release, please come by the News Bureau, 329 Jesse Hall, and have your picture taken.
