WHAT: On Sept. 17, 1787, America’s Founding Fathers signed the Constitution, the most important document in United States history. • Phil Peters, the Ruth L. Hulston Professor of Law
  • Associate Professor of Law Thom Lambert, who has completed an economic analysis of the ACA
  • Stan Hudson, associate director of the MU Center for Health Policy
