WHAT: The Boone County Coordinating Board for Early Childhood Education presents The Mayor and City Council’s Early Childhood Summit hosted by the University of Missouri.
Keynote speaker, Robert Grunewald of the Federal Reserve Bank of Minneapolis, will present “The Business Case for Early Education.” Breakout sessions will address parenting education, early childhood programs, medical homes, and mental health and social-emotional development.
WHO: This event is free and open to the public; registration is required by noon, Friday, May 23.
