Media advisory: MU to Unveil New Clinical Support and Education Building

WHAT: For the first time, representatives of the media and the University of Missouri community will be allowed inside the new MU Clinical Support and Education Building. The $26.5 million, seven-story structure is connected to the west side of MU’s School of Medicine and hospital complex. The building will house approximately 400 faculty and staff members, fellows, residents, and hospital administrators. It contains the Russell D. and Mary B. Shelden Clinical Simulation Center, and the Cerner Transformation Forum and Standardized Patient Program facilities.

• Russell and Mary Shelden, MU Simulation Center founders
